MY CAREER AT ALLSTATE MERCHANT SERVICE

I started my career with Allstate Merchant Services in 2007.I quickly decided to become a member of one of the fastest growing private companies in the country with an entry level position as Jr. Account Executive. After I completed my comprehensive training by some of the best sales coaches in the industry and acquired a better understanding of the Electronic Payment Processing Industry, I started planning my career. The thing is, Allstate Merchants Services offers rapid growth opportunities to all of it Agents. I wasn't going to spend my life as Jr Exec. I wanted to make money. I wanted to grow.

Allstate Merchant Services has several levels of Executives. After completing my training, I quickly progressed to the next level. I became An Account Executive. The difference? One less boss to answer to and more dollars in my pocket. I was now working directly with business owners nation wide, managing their Merchant Accounts and helping their businesses grow. You see, the way the business of payment processing works is the more business owners I save money to by reducing their cost of accepting Visa , MasterCard, and Discover and manage their accounts, the more monthly revenue I generate. When I reached the point of managing the accounts of 100 merchants nationwide, I progressed to the next level in the company. I became a Sr. Account Executive. As a Sr Exec I invested some of my monthly residual revenue to hire new trainees to work under my supervision and generate leads for me. The company, Allstate Merchant Services, was willing to match any dollar amount I was to invest to help me build my business. After two additional years of building my team and my business within the offices of AMS, I decided I wanted more. Using the residual revenue stream I have built over the past few years I was encouraged by AMS to open my own branch. Which brings me to where I am now. My own office in Brooklyn NY.

Working with AMS and its management team has taught me how to work smarter and harder. I learned how to be become a team leader. I learned how to network. I learned how to succeed in business. More importantly the skills I have acquired from my interactions with managers like Eric, Vad, Alex and Katherine have taught me how to become self sufficient in the business world. I am extremely thankful to all of them for their help and encouragement throughout the years and till this day.
